Each product card has a detailed size chart and exact measurements of the finished item (including total length, sleeve length, girth).
Our clothes mostly have a loose or semi-oversized fit. If you are hesitating between two sizes or need help with measurements for your parameters, write to us in Direct on Instagram or in messenger, and we will be happy to help you decide.
We sew our items according to verified standardized patterns to maintain the perfect proportions and silhouette of each model. The possibility of individual length adjustment depends on the specific model. Please contact us in the chat here or on Instagram before placing an order - we will tell you whether it is technically possible to adapt the length of the selected item to your height. (Please note: products with individual changes are not subject to exchange or return).
You can exchange the product or request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Main conditions:
-The original presentation, labels, seals and original packaging have been preserved.
-The item has not been used, has no signs of wear or odors.
-Transportation costs for returns/exchanges are covered by the buyer (except in cases of manufacturing defects).We usually work exclusively with the palette presented on the website, as each shade is carefully selected to fit the concept of the collection.
However, if you have a special request to make the product in a different color, be sure to contact us in the chat here or on Instagram before placing your order. We will check the availability of the necessary fabrics at the production and determine whether we can implement it individually for you.
(Please note: products made in a custom color are not eligible for return or exchange).In-stock items: shipped within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items: production time is usually 3–7 business days (exact dates will be provided upon order confirmation). Delivery in Ukraine: carried out by Nova Poshta (transit time – 1–2 days). International delivery: shipped worldwide according to the tariffs and terms of postal carriers (from 7 to 21 days depending on the country).
