Delivery, payment, and exchange

Delivery

Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine, as well as abroad via Ukrposhta in 9-15 days or via FedEx/UPS express delivery in 5-10 days (higher cost).

Payment

We accept payments via the Portmone payment service to Ukrainian accounts (individual entrepreneur/bank card) in hryvnia (₴), via IBAN details, or via PayPal.

To pay using bank details, you can call the management and support service at +38(063)-585-08-51 to get the address for returning the goods, write to us at senera.net@gmail.com or write to us on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/senera.wear/?hl=uk.

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund before the goods are shipped. Refunds will be made to the same card used for payment within 10 business days.

Exchange

Exchange or return of goods and funds for them is possible within 14 days in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and other applicable regulations.

 

When paying by card, the funds will be returned to the same card used to make the purchase within 10 days. Refunds are made after the goods are returned and inspected.

 

To return goods, you must:

  • Fill out the “Return Request Form” (a link to this document is available on this page);

  • Carefully pack the goods in their original packaging with all accessories (goods that come in a set must also be returned);

  • Contact our managers at +38(063)-585-08-51 to obtain the address for returning the goods or write to us at senera.net@gmail.com

  • Contact your nearest Nova Poshta branch and send the goods to us together with a completed return form.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns in some cases:

  • After 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • If there is no “Return Form” indicating the reason for the return.

  • If the return is incomplete: missing packaging in which the goods were delivered to you, tags, labels, etc.

  • If the goods have been used.
